SIMON FRENCH-BLUHM
Chief Executive Officer
Meet Simon, a seasoned veteran with a quarter-century of expertise in the construction and consulting industry, with a special focus on Environmental and Sustainability Management.
With a robust background in civil engineering and construction, Simon effortlessly integrates environmental aspects into the projects of our company, thereby instilling them into our clients’ culture.
After a near-decade long successful stint at Laing O’Rourke in Western Australia, Simon embarked on a new journey. He founded Enveng Group five years ago, with a vision to disseminate his vast knowledge and experience across the industry.
Adding to his impressive credentials, Simon earned his Infrastructure Sustainability Council ISAP accreditation in 2014. A true pioneer in his field, Simon is the driving force behind our mission for a sustainable future.

JONATHAN WHERRETT
Director
Introducing Jon, who embarked on his journey with Enveng Group in October 2021 and swiftly ascended to the role of Junior Director just a year later in October 2022.
The bond between Jon and Simon isn’t new. Their professional camaraderie dates back over a decade, beginning when Simon brought Jon onboard at Laing O’Rourke in 2012.
With a solid foundation in Environmental Management, Jon has been the backbone of numerous projects. He’s been the guiding force behind the Environmental Management of projects like Stephenson Ave, Metronet NeWest Alliance, and Armadale Level Crossing (ALUA).
Adding another feather to his cap, Jon secured his ISAP accreditation in December 2021. A dynamic leader, Jon is a testament to our commitment to excellence and sustainability.

MIKAELA HEARNE
Business Unit Leader - Southwest Region
Meet Mikaela, a vital part of the Enveng Group family since October 2010. With over 15 years of experience in the construction sector,
She is a registered Infrastructure Sustainability Accredited Professional (ISAP) since 2014.
Mikaela excels in planning, developing, implementing, and managing environmental aspects and impacts on construction projects. Her expertise includes environmental approvals and licenses, flora and fauna investigations, heritage, water, contaminated sites, and groundwater monitoring.
Mikaela works collaboratively to mitigate risks and enhance sustainable development outcomes. We are thrilled to have her leading our efforts towards a greener future!

EVA TAN
Geospatial and Cartography
Meet Eva, our geospatial information systems specialist at Enveng Group! Eva brings a wealth of experience across various industries, including mining, infrastructure, and industry.
She excels in managing multiple projects and liaising with diverse teams to deliver spatial data requirements in dynamic environments.
She works closely with engineering and survey teams to meet cartographic and spatial data management needs and is responsible for deploying and managing live web GIS data portals tailored to client requirements.

SINEAD FRENCH-BLUHM
Accounts Manager
Meet Sinead, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in accounts, bookkeeping, and office management.
Sinead excels in managing financial activities for small to medium-sized businesses using Xero, including payroll, accounts reconciliation, debt collection, and ATO dealings.
Sinead holds a Masters Degree in accounting, she is the financial backbone to the business.

AMY MARTIN
Environmental Advisor
Meet Amy, our experienced environmental practitioner specializing in the marine environment. Amy joined Enveng Group with extensive experience in environmental policy development and implementation.
Amy has a BSc in Marine Biology and worked on marine natural resources management policy from Wales before moving over to Australia.
Here in Australia she has held roles in policy, compliance and approvals. She is passionate about marine conservation with a background in restoration, including hands-on experience restoring coral reefs.

JANE DALIN
Approvals Manager
Meet Jane, our Approvals Manager!
Jane brings a wealth of practical and frontline experience in environmental management, environmental impact assessment, inspection and compliance, industry licensing and regulation, and pollution emission prevention and monitoring.
Her expertise spans a wide range of industries within Western Australia.
Jane’s extensive background includes regulatory reform, industry regulation approvals, compliance, wastewater recycling, salinity, and land use impacts.
With 27 years of service at the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, Jane’s knowledge and experience will undoubtedly be a tremendous asset to our team.

JACOB CUMBERWORTH
Environmental Advisor
Meet Jacob, Environmental Advisor at Enveng Group, specializing in revegetation projects in the Southwest of WA.
Jacob focuses on long-term survivability and ecosystems management. Jacob’s expertise in soil science, including soil carbon stores and topsoil quality, has led to remarkable successes, such as achieving required revegetation coverage three years ahead of schedule on the South West Gateway Alliance Bunbury Outer Ring Road project.
Jacob’s broader expertise includes road construction site management, acid sulfate soils, vegetation clearing, bridge construction, conservation significant fauna, threatened ecological communities, and topsoil management.

JESSICA DIXON
Senior Environmental Advisor
Jes has an impressive background, having spent 12.5 years as an environmental regulator and decision maker at the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (EPA).
Her roles included Regulatory Approvals and Compliance, Enforcement, and Emergency (Pollution HAZMAT) Response as an on-call environmental officer. Jes’s practical and frontline experience covers environmental management, environmental impact assessment (including native vegetation), inspection and compliance, industry licensing and regulation, and pollution emission prevention and monitoring.
Jes will help make significant contributions driving our environmental approvals and compliance efforts forward.

LILY GENDALL
Trainee Environmental Advisor
Meet Lily, a promising addition to our team as she completes her Bachelor of Science, majoring in Environmental Science. We are excited to support the next generation of Environmental Scientists and benefit from their fresh perspectives.
Lily brings a strong academic foundation and a passion for environmental science. Her enthusiasm and dedication make her a valuable asset to our team as we work towards sustainable development and environmental stewardship.
She is already assisting on multiple projects in the business, where she is utilizing her academic knowledge to gain practical experience.

CONNOR ELLIS
General Manager
Meet Connor, the General Manager at Enveng Group.
Connor joined as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, bringing with her a strong academic background with double degrees in Conservation and Wildlife Biology and a Master of Biological Science in Conservation Biology.
In her role as Personal Assistant, Connor provided comprehensive administrative support to the director, She also assisted the team of Environmental Advisors on various projects, utilizing her intermediate knowledge, skills, and experience in environmental science.
Connor’s dedication and expertise have led to her current position as General Manager, where she continues to drive the organization towards achieving its environmental and conservation goals.

ALICIA RODRIGUEZ
Junior Environmental Advisor
Meet Alicia, our Junior Environmental Advisor. With a BSc in Environmental Science and practical experience as a laboratory technician, Alicia brings a solid foundation in environmental science, laboratory techniques, and data analysis.
Since joining Enveng Group, Alicia has worked on the Perdaman Urea Project, reviewing Management Plans and conducting groundwater monitoring, audits, and compliance management. She has also served as a fauna spotter and undertaken Asbestos Fibre Monitoring.
Alicia’s experience in environmental testing and her knowledge of environmental policies and legislation enable her to quickly adapt to large-scale construction projects.

JODIE PULLEN
Environmental Advisor
Meet Jodie. Jodie brings over five years of experience in environmental management, including four years as an Approvals and Compliance Officer and one year in Geospatial Information Systems (GIS). Before joining Enveng Group, she assessed complex environmental licence applications and developed compliance documentation under key legislation like the Marine and Coastal Access Act (2009).
Her expertise spans environmental policy, regulation, and marine planning, with a particular focus on coastal adaptation and ecosystem resilience.
Since joining the S2M team, Jodie has led initiatives to streamline compliance processes, including developing inspection checklists and conducting audits and water sampling. Her skills and understanding of environmental legislation ensure that projects meet regulatory requirements while minimising environmental impact.

BEN PARRA
Junior Environmental Advisor
Meet Ben our Junior Environmental Advisor!
Ben brings hands-on experience from roles where he conducted detailed site investigations and managed remediation projects.
He’s skilled in soil and groundwater sampling, contaminant identification, including asbestos, and interpreting lab results for ASC NEPM compliance.
With a Bachelor of Natural Science (Environmental Management) and a Diploma in Environmental Monitoring and Technology, Ben combines technical knowledge with practical field expertise. He’s also certified in Occupational Hygiene, First Aid, and site safety, making him a reliable presence on complex environmental projects.
Ben’s proactive approach and ability to work independently in challenging environments make him a valuable asset to the Enveng team.

MADDY LANGE
Junior Environmental Advisor
Meet Maddy, our Junior Environmental Advisor!
Before joining Enveng Group, she gained hands-on experience in biosecurity and forestry, working across land acquisition, silviculture, and strategic planning. She played a key role in environmental management plans, incorporating carbon sequestration initiatives to support sustainable land use.
Her expertise also extends to GIS, IFMS systems, environmental compliance, stakeholder engagement, and flora and fauna surveying. Currently contributing to the Bunbury Outer Ring Road Project, Maddy supports environmental monitoring and compliance efforts.
She also has years of volunteer experience in wildlife rescue and rehabilitation, with certifications in invasive species management, bushfire response, 4x4 driving, ArcGIS, and wildlife first aid.
Maddy’s diverse field experience, technical expertise, and dedication to conservation make her a valuable asset to the Enveng team.
